My stay at the hotel was truly memorable. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, but I wished they were a bit wider. The service was impeccable, with staff going above and beyond to ensure our experience was exceptional. The location was beautiful and close to various attractions, though I wished the dining hours were more accommodating. Overall, a great value for money.
During our stay, we found the hotel to be in a convenient location with a lovely pool area. The rooms, though slightly noisy at times, were promptly attended to by the helpful staff like Tanisha who made sure we had all we needed. Unfortunately, the service was impacted by a shortage of employees, but there were some standout moments of dedication. Dining options were somewhat limited, and a bit of patience was required. Overall, a mixed experience with some notable highlights and drawbacks.
I couldn't believe how cute the rooms are! You can't beat the location, close to anything you need. The only downside was the room not being ready until 6 pm, but it was still very nicely decorated and comfortable, with good-sized rooms and bathrooms.
